I take a very laid back go with the flow approach to my photography session. My sessions are all about having fun and connecting with your family. I don’t want you to be stressed at all I want you to show up and be present with your family and enjoy! I want you to not only love your images but to also enjoy the process as well. I am very experienced working with all types of situations so I can recognize if your child needs a break or I will help distract and redirect them. Trust me I have seen it all and have been able to provide beautiful photos in all situations. I will get your standard looking at the camera photos but my passion is to capture mostly candid moments that you will get to look back on and cherish forever. I do not overly pose my clients however I will help guide you with prompts to make the process feel more natural!

What is the best age for newborn photos?
I bring a basket and a few blankets with me for simple individual pictures of the baby but I do not do any posing of the baby. If you have a special blanket or heirloom we can absolutely incorporate them into the session.
Do you use any props?
I do not do any posed shots. These are strictly lifestyle sessions capturing your family exactly as you are in this moment. Because I do not use props we will not be putting baby in those adorable froggy or bucket poses.
Do you do posed newborn shots?
I would recommend two one for the family shots and one for individual pictures.
How many outfits should we have for baby?
You session fee includes a two hour in home lifestyle session and a digital gallery to share and save your images.
What is included with the session fee?
I typically shoot in the nursery, master, and/or living room depending on where the best natural lighting is so I just ask that those areas be clear of clutter. I have kids and completely understand so I do not expect your house to be clean just throw stuff in another room!
